Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
A 20% deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the apartment. Payment can be made by cheque or PayPal . Please make cheques payable to Mr A K Traynor.
LATE BOOKINGS
In the case of bookings made within 8 weeks, full payments is required.
CANCELLATIONS
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received within 28 days will be liable to pay 80% of the holiday cost. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the holiday start date. In the case of extreme weather conditions, we are not liable to offer any refunds.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival on presentation of your booking confirmation. Please can you collect your keys from the Old Ship Aground Pub, which is situated before the apartment.
The apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Please leave the keys at the Old Ship Aground Pub.
SMOKING
Smoking Is not permitted inside the apartment.
PETS
Dogs Only are permitted in the apartment.
BEDDING
Duvets are provided for all beds; however you are required to supply your own bed linen. Towels/tea towels are not provided.
SERVICES
Gas and electricity is included in the booking price.
RESTRICTIONS
We are not able to accept bookings from single sex parties or groups predominantly under 21 years of age.
INSURANCE
We cannot accept liability for personal injury or the loss or damage of your personal belongings; this should be covered by your own holiday insurance.
SECURITY BONDS
We do ask for a £100 security bond in a separate cheque for each break. If the apartment is left tidy and without damages we can either send you the cheque back or shred it.
